As the Vice President of Prometheus Energy, Jeffrey G. Tounge II was responsible for the company’s LNG sales organization and growth strategy; he led corporate strategic planning to expand market segments and increase gross margin opportunities.
Vice President | Xpress Natural Gas
At Xpress Natural Gas, Jeffrey G. Tounge II was responsible for the development of the Delivered Natural Gas (DNG) business unit to deliver CNG and LNG to commercial/industrial thermal end users. He built the DNG business unit from concept to fully operational in 18 months.

Prior to his energy experience, Jeffrey G. Tounge II spent six years in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Officer. He was merited with the Bronze Star Medal and the Combat Action Badge for his service in Iraqi Freedom.

Jeffrey G. Tounge II earned his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his MBA from the University of Oklahoma with an energy concentration.
